How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together and roll into walnut-sized balls.
  • Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approx 20 min.

    These are GREAT. Like a McDonald's biscuit..all in a ball! I doubled the recipe. 1 hot jimmy dean, 1 regular jimmy dean. Also, made it Gluten free with a different flour blend. And 4c shredded cheese. Cut back on the flour, they were dry last time. So, 4c flour blend. We used several dipping sauces, ketchup, mustard, etc...

    Ah yes, a favorite of office breakfast potlucks the world over (or at least in the mid-west). Haven't thought of these in ages, thanks for posting this.
