Moms Melt In Your Mouth Butter Cookies Recipe

Mom used to make these for xmas and as kids,we waited all year for them.They are SO buttery,they literally melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
- 1 C.butter
- 1C.flour
- 1/2 C.powdered sugar
- 1/2 C plus 1 T.cornstarch (do not forget to add the 1 T)
- assorted sugar sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix butter,flour,powdered sugar and cornstarch thoroughly until you get a nice sticky dough.
- Roll cookies into bite-sized balls and coat with sugars.
- Bake for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet (do NOT brown them).
- Thoroughly cool on rack,be careful not to break them as they are extremely delicate.
