Tamale Vegetarian

- salsa shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper diced shopping list
- 1 medium onion diced shopping list
- 3 green onions sliced thin shopping list
- 1 can of black olives diced shopping list
- 1 cup of frozen corn shopping list
- 2 pickled Hot red finger peppers diced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of dried Chipotle chili pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley shopping list
- MASA DOUGH shopping list
- 3/4 -1 cup warm water shopping list
- 3/4 cup sunflower oil shopping list
- 2 cups masa harina shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sea salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups warm water shopping list
- Midland Harvest Burger Mix, or beef Style Crumbles With shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- Habenero Chipotal Bar-b q- Sauce shopping list
- * Optional Spanish cheese for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Boil enough water to cove a package of corn husk and soak for 2 hours,pat dry.
- In the mean time prepare the salsa by combining all the Salsa ingredients and set aside.
- Next prepare the soy 7 hamburger mix ( it is meatless) according to directions.
- Combine Meat mixture with 1 1/2 cups of the Salsa set aside.
- PREPARE MASA HARINA
- Boil 3/4 cups of water and mix into Masa harina add spices and oil and blend well set aside
- Fill Husk ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS ON PACKAGE
- Steam tamales for 90 minutes.
- Remove husk of 2 tamales and place onto a plate add Habenero
- Dress with Chipotle Bar-b-q-sauce and some fresh cilantro leaves.
- * Top with Spanish cheese
