Kraft Waikiki Dessert

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 16 oz miniature marshmellows shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple (13 1/4 oz) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan, reserving 1/4 cup crumbs.
- Melt marhsmellows with milk in double boiler or n a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add pineapple and lemon juice; mix well.
- Chill Thoroughly.
- Fold in whipped cream; pour over crumbs.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- 12 servings.
