How to make it

  • Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan, reserving 1/4 cup crumbs.
  • Melt marhsmellows with milk in double boiler or n a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add pineapple and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Chill Thoroughly.
  • Fold in whipped cream; pour over crumbs.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • 12 servings.
