Blueberry Mango Salsa

Great with fresh fish or veggie tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh, frozen or canned) shopping list
- 1/4 cup jicama, diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red pepper, minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons red onion, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar shopping list
- Fresh cilantro, chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- To prepare the salsa, add all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and gently combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and then refrigerate.
