Found in Momma's hand written recipe file box. Macaroon like confection. Simple beyond belief,
You have to be a coconut lover to like these. My mother adored toasted coconut ANYTHING!

Ingredients
- 1 14 ounce package of shredded coconut
- 1 14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon best quality vanilla
Directions
- Mix thoroughly.
- Spoon on (non-stick sprayed) cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes or until they are uniformly lightly brown.
- Let stand until partially cooled to help them set while on the cookie sheet.
- Then, cool completely on wax paper lined cookie racks.
- Store tightly in tins.
