How to make it

  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Spoon on (non-stick sprayed) cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes or until they are uniformly lightly brown.
  • Let stand until partially cooled to help them set while on the cookie sheet.
  • Then, cool completely on wax paper lined cookie racks.
  • Store tightly in tins.

    I make this every time I crave for a sweet coconut dessert. I also add some chocolate chips for a little choco fix too.
