How to make it

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine wafer crumbs and butter; press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan; bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Melt marshmellows with orange juice in saucepan over low heat; stir until smooth.
  • Chill until thickened; mix until well blended.
  • Combine softened cream cheese and rum flavoring; beating until light and fluffy.
  • Whip in marhsmellow mixture; fold in whipped topping.
  • Pour onto crust; chill.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries and pecan halves, if desired.
