Cabbage Roll Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. long grain rice, cooked

6 pieces bacon, chopped and fried

1 small onion, chopped

1 small cabbage, chopped

1/2 can sauerkraut, drained

1 pint whipping cream

Directions

Combine rice, bacon, onion, cabbage and sauerkraut in a large casserole dish or roaster.

Pour whipping cream over top.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
