This recipe is for those people who love cabbage rolls but hate making them! This recipe allows you to do it all in a casserole dish in no time!

Ingredients
  • 2 c. long grain rice, cooked
  • 6 pieces bacon, chopped and fried
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 pint whipping cream

Directions
  1. Combine rice, bacon, onion, cabbage and sauerkraut in a large casserole dish or roaster.
  2. Pour whipping cream over top.
  3. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

Aunty, Love cabbage rolls, hate makin' 'em! My Mum likes sauerkraut, I don't. So when she visits I'll make it with, but for hubby and I, it'll have to be w/o. Yet another good post from you! Love the recipe photo...too clever!!!
