Super Simple Homemade Fudge Recipe
This is a very simple fudge recipe for those of us who can't use a candy thermometer!

Ingredients
  • 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips (1/2 of a 12oz bag)
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chopped nuts or jellied candies
  • softened butter to grease a pan

Directions
  1. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with softened butter.
  2. Pour the chocolate and butterscotch chips, condensed milk and vanilla into a medium saucepan.
  3. Put the pan on the stove and turn the heat to low.
  4. Stir the chips and milk until they melt together, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour into greased pan.
  6. Garnish with nuts or candies.
  7. Put the fudge in the fridge, and chill until firm (about 2 hrs)
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
