How to make it

  • Melt butter in stockpot until sizzling.
  • Sauté bell pepper, green onions, chili powder and cumin until peppers are crisply tender.
  • Add 3 cups milk, diced White Golden Velvet® and all remaining ingredients.
  • Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until cheese is completely melted.
  • Heat soup to 160ºF and serve.
  • *Use remaining 1 cup milk to adjust consistency if necessary.
