    This sounds so rich and sweet. I do have a question. Is the dip runny? Reason why I am asking is have you seen the oreo cookie recipe on here by Michellem? well I have made the oreo cookies which I loved. But, I have also made the cookies out of the carrot cake mix and I bet this dip would be great for the filling of the carrot cake cookies. Maybe there is a recipe in there somewhere. Let me know what you think if it would work. Take care Sue
