Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups icing sugar

1 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp ginger

Directions

Combine all ingredients well and chill.

Serve with gingersnaps, graham crackers or whatever else you think would be suitable. Enjoy!

Reason why I am asking is have you seen the oreo cookie recipe on here by Michellem? well I have made the oreo cookies which I loved. But, I have also made the cookies out of the carrot cake mix and I bet this dip would be great for the filling of the carrot cake cookies. Maybe there is a recipe in there somewhere.
