Sweet Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Great addition to Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, or just eat with Tostados. Absolutely love the flavors..

Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 1 Lg Tomatoe peeled and finely chopped
- 1 small chopped sweet onions
- 2 cups diced pineapple or tidbits
- 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 seeded and deveined chopped jalapeno peppers
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions
- peel and chop tomato, onion, jalapeno
- put in medium bowl
- add drained pineapple, bell pepper, lime juice and cilantro
- stir and season to taste. some like to add a little salt.
- i like to add a little chopped garlic.
- stir and serve
- you can place ontop of grilled chicken, shrimp or fish. i can eat it with chips also.

I love to cook with fresh ingredients and this salsa has the perfect combination of spice, crunch and sweet flavor from the pineapple.
