Sweet Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 Lg Tomatoe peeled and finely chopped

1 small chopped sweet onions

2 cups diced pineapple or tidbits

1/2 cup diced red bell peppers

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 seeded and deveined chopped jalapeno peppers

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

peel and chop tomato, onion, jalapeno

put in medium bowl

add drained pineapple, bell pepper, lime juice and cilantro

stir and season to taste. some like to add a little salt.

i like to add a little chopped garlic.

stir and serve

you can place ontop of grilled chicken, shrimp or fish. i can eat it with chips also.
