Ingredients
  • 350 gr [12 oz] Penne Pasta
  • 350 gr [12 oz] broccolis
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsppons pine nuts
  • 2 slices cured ham (prosciutto)
  • 100 gr (4 oz) feshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbspoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper.

Directions
  1. - Heat the pine nuts in a pan (no grease) for a few minutes (they'll get dry and crunchy)
  2. - Cut the ham slices in small strips.
  3. - Peel and mince the onion ; fry it in 2 Tbspoons olive oil
  4. - Prepare the broccolis in very small bunches ; boil them in salted water for 5 minutes.
  5. - Boil the pasta in salted water and strain them when they are still a little firm ;
  6. spread 1 Tbspoon of olive oil and mix.
  7. - In the onion pan, pour the pasta and broccolis and add pepper ; fry for
  8. 2 minutes (turn gently) then spread with the ham and pine nuts.
  9. - Serve right away with the parmesan cheese on the table.
