• 1 bunch rocket, trimmed - or lettuce of your choice shopping list
• 4 slices prosciutto, fried until crisp, then crumbled shopping list
• 2 pears, cored and sliced shopping list
• 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled - I use gorgonzola shopping list
• 1/2 cup black olives shopping list
• Dressing: shopping list
• 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
• 1 tblsp red wine vinegar shopping list
• 1 tblsp white wine vinegar shopping list
• 2 tsp Dijon or grain mustard shopping list
• salt and black pepper (freshly ground), to taste shopping list
