Sweet Bhor Recipe

Ingredients

500 grams BHOR (available at indian spice shops )

750 ml vinegar

750 ml water

1 tsp salt

3 cups brown / white sugar

1or2 TBS crushed red chillies (DRIED)

Directions

wash bhor thoroughly

place in pot cover with water and boil until done

rinse and drain

make a slightly thick syrup by dissolving the sugar in the water and vinegar add the salt and crushed red chillies (dried)

add the drained bhor and simmer on low heat until nice and thick

ENJOY!!! ESPECIALLY FOR MY FRIEND TINA FROM PRETORIA !!!
