Spaghetti Pie Recipe

Ingredients

6 oz of pasta

4 T butter melted

1/3 cup grated parmesan

2 eggs well beaten

2 cups spaghetti sauce

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

3 T parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella

Directions

Cook pasta, drain

In a bowl mix the pasta, melted butter and 1/3 c parmesan cheese and eggs.

Place pasta mixture in a butterd pie plate

Shape into a crust.

Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and 3 T parmesan cheese.

Spread over pasta crust.

Pour spaghetti sauce over cottage cheese mixture

Bake 20 min @ 350

Remove from oven sprinkle with mozzarella and bak eanother 5 min
