A different way to have spaghetti. A friend gave this to me when I had a lot of pasta left from a party. This was really good and the kids loved it.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz of pasta
  • 4 T butter melted
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 T parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella

Directions
  1. Cook pasta, drain
  2. In a bowl mix the pasta, melted butter and 1/3 c parmesan cheese and eggs.
  3. Place pasta mixture in a butterd pie plate
  4. Shape into a crust.
  5. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and 3 T parmesan cheese.
  6. Spread over pasta crust.
  7. Pour spaghetti sauce over cottage cheese mixture
  8. Bake 20 min @ 350
  9. Remove from oven sprinkle with mozzarella and bak eanother 5 min
