Flaming Thai Salad

- 3 cups English cucumbers, diced shopping list
- 1 cup minced green onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped radishes shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced fresh mint shopping list
- 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 3 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp grated lime zest shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 diced bird's eye chili shopping list
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Stir before serving cold.
- Yields 1 1/3 cups per serving.
