This is a wonderful sweet dip or spread for crackers or tiny thin slices of bread

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cream cheese softened
  • 1 cp whipping cream
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 cp dried cranberries
  • 1 cp. chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese, cream, honey and lemon juice untill light and fluffy
  2. fold in cranberries and nuts.
  3. chill
  4. serve with an asortment of crackers and breads. This is os delicious and it keeps very well in the refrigerator.
