Not You Mothers Shrimp Cocktail-adult Beverage Recipe

	tomato vodka celery shrimp

Ingredients

Cooked peeled deveined thumb sized shrimp

tomato juice

celery salt

vodka

green stuffed olives

seafood cocktail sauce ( with course ground horse-radish)

chopped parsley...as fresh as you can get

Directions

Take a (glass) pan for baking brownies....mine has like one inch tall sides

lay all the shrimp in the pan so they lay flat...

in a glass bowl pour one cup of vodka and one cup of tomato juice

add one small bottle of seafood cocktail sauce-mix these three up good

pour this over the shrimp-

set in refridge covered for at least two hours....if you leave it to long..(overnight)..the shrimp get rubbery...but after a few of these who cares...

take a deep wine glass

2 ounces of tomato juice

2 ounces of vodka

i heaping spoonful of seafood cocktail sauce (stir this)

sprinkle lightly with celery salt and fresh chopped parsley(don't stir)

hang the shrimp inside the glass-one to each cardinal direction

on a frill pick insert the stuffed olives...

the leftover shrimp marinade--- makes one heck of a basting sauce for steaks on the grill...
