This old-time recipe is made even better by adding cinnamon or nutmeg. Your family will love this dish, it tastes just like mom made it!

This is how i make 2cp of rice and 2 cp water boil on high, turn down heat simmer with top on. wheh rice is done add 1 1/2 stick of butter or 2 is better. while rice is cooking,in a bowl soak 4-5 slices of bread in milk, the more milk the better. add cinnanon , sugar to taste, salt, vanilla flavor 1 Tabspoon. add bread mixture to rice mixture stir well add 4-5 eggs. add raisins or nuts if you like. place in large baking dish, cook 350 degees until brown.( put seasoning to your taste.)
