Crispy Onion Chicken

- 1/2 cup butter-melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 4-6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 6oz can French fried onions-crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl,combine butter,Worcestershire sauce,mustard,garlic salt,and pepper.
- Dip chicken breasts in butter mixture and coat with onions.
- Place in greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
- Top with remaining onions and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Note:
- You can use bone-in chicken pieces with this recipe. Thighs work well. Use 2-2 1/2 pounds of chicken and bake for 1 hour.
