Beefy Barley Bake

- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves shopping list
- 1/2 bay leaf shopping list
- 2 pounds canned tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can mushroom soup shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 3/4 cup pearl barley shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté ground beef, onion and celery then stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Turn into a shallow baking dish then cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
- Add water if necessary.
