How to make it

  • Place asparagus and olives on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper over top and toss to lightly coat olives and asparagus.
  • Roast in a 425 degree preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until crisp tender.

    This sounds great! I've been doing lots of roasted vegitables lately. Had I seen this last night I would have given it a try. Served aspargus but just steamed it and served it with balsamic vinegrette. I've bookmarked it for next time!
