Roasted Asparagus with Olives

- 1 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed (I prefer the pencil thin ones) shopping list
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbl. olive oil shopping list
- 2 gloves garlic, minced shopping list
- kosher salt and coarse pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place asparagus and olives on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper over top and toss to lightly coat olives and asparagus.
- Roast in a 425 degree preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until crisp tender.

This sounds great! I've been doing lots of roasted vegitables lately. Had I seen this last night I would have given it a try. Served aspargus but just steamed it and served it with balsamic vinegrette. I've bookmarked it for next time!
