Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine crushed crackers crumbs,cheese,onion,salt,pepper
  • Melt Butter
  • Dip chicken in melted butter
  • Roll in cracker mixture
  • Place in baking pan,skin side up,dot with remaining ,crumbs,and melted butter
  • Bake uncovered at 325 degree
  • For about l hour or until done.(Chicken Breast will take less time the the cut up chicken.)
  • Grandmother gave me this in 1966,in her hand writing

    this looks awesome! i have made it with just chicken breasts and some other spices! but it's good no matter whatcha put on it, spice wise.

    Hey Kismet, I keep finding recipes from your Grandma that are just like ones my Grandma made. Awesome, because I don't have any written recipes from mine. Looking at Dilly bread next. She made that also.
