COCONUT TRUFFLES Recipe Mumtazcatering / All my dishes

this quick and easy chocolate fix is sooo yummmy that while you making them ,you'll find yourself just popping one after the other in your mouth l.o.l : )

Ingredients
  • 2 TABS milk
  • 4 TABS sugar
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1 TABS cocoa
  • 1 TABS coffee essence
  • 5 ounces shredded coconut
  • COATING:
  • melted chocolate

Directions
  1. put the milk,sugar and butter in saucepan
  2. place on stove until butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved
  3. add cocoa and coffee essence
  4. remove from stove and add coconut
  5. take teaspoon full and roll into balls
  6. dip into melted chocolate
  7. enjoy these tiny decadent morsels! ! ! ! !
