Chipotle Shrimp

- ¾ c. Mexican crema shopping list
- ¼ c. finely chopped cilantro shopping list
- 2 tsp. granulated chicken flavor bouillon, divided shopping list
- 1 lb. medium shrimp shopping list
- ½ tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 TB lemon juice shopping list
- 2 TB olive oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 TB chipotle chiles with adobo sauce, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crema, cilantro, 1 tsp. bouillon and ½ tsp. lemon juice in a small bowl, set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until soft. Add shrimp; cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp curl and turn pink. Add chiles, remaining 1 TB lemon juice and remaining bouillon. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute or until heated through.
- To serve, spoon the crema mixture on a tostada or on toast. Top with shrimp. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
