How to make it

  • Combine crema, cilantro, 1 tsp. bouillon and ½ tsp. lemon juice in a small bowl, set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until soft. Add shrimp; cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp curl and turn pink. Add chiles, remaining 1 TB lemon juice and remaining bouillon. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute or until heated through.
  • To serve, spoon the crema mixture on a tostada or on toast. Top with shrimp. Garnish with cilantro if desired.

    oops my bad. Teach me to type out a recipe before I've had my coffee. That's 1 lb. medium shrimp.
