Spaghetti aglio e olio

- 350 grams of spaghetti (thick spaghetti or vermicelli is better) shopping list
- 10 tablespoons of olive oil shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and smashed a little with the side of the knife shopping list
- hot little pepper (if desired) shopping list
- fresh parsely shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the garlic and hot pepper in olive oil, add salt.
- wash and mince the parsely and keep it aside
- cook the spaghetti in hot salted water, drain them and add them to the oil and garlic mixture
- saute'
- add the minced parsely and serve hot!

One of my all time favorites. Mom made this for me when ever I was feeling under the weather, we think the garlic had the curative power. Delicious to boot!
