How to make it

  • Melt margarine in large pan over medium heat
  • Add vegetables; cook & stir about 3 minutes
  • Add broth, spinach, nutmeg and pepper, mix well
  • In a small bowl, whisk milk and flour until well blended
  • Add to spinach mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly
  • Add cheeses; cook and stir until melted
  • Serve
  • Serving size: 1 1/4 C 250 calories
