Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt the diet butter in a large pot.
  • Add green onions and garlic, saute for about 2 mins. on low heat
  • Add crawfish tails and seasoning, cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Add the half & half and let it simmer for about 6 mins, until the sauce reduces a little
  • Toss in pasta and mix well with the crawfish mixture.
  • Add more creole seasoning to taste
  • Oh, and you can also make this even better with leftover boiled crawfish tails.

A note for anyone cooking this: DON'T use Tony Chachare's Creole Seasoning! It used to be good, but these days it's nothing but salt, and made my batch inedible :( :( Great recipe though! Gonna try it again next week, with some homemade seasoning.
