This is very simple to make and so good. I'm sure you know that you just have to have ice cream on the side....

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of butter( I use diet)
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • No. 3 can of peaches in syrup( I use the ones in its own juice)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt the butter in a casserole dish
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk
  4. Pour mixture over the butter(DON'T STIR)
  5. In the center of this pour the can of peaches, with juice
  6. Bake 30 mins at 350
  7. When it starts to bubble, increase the heat to 400
  8. Cook about another 30 mins. or until the top is browned
