This is from the trailer park collection again. It's amazin' how folks come up with a recipe during desperate times!!

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons shortenin'
- 1 cup chopped SPAM
- 1 egg
- 1 cup graham flour(whole wheat)
- 1 cup white flour
- 3 teaspoons bakin' powder
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F .
- Line muffin cups and spray with non-stick spray.
- Cream shortenin' and add SPAM.
- Add egg, beat well, and then add the dry ingredients, mixed & sifted, alternately with milk.
- Mix well and put into muffin pans.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Great with some scrambled eggs & cheese!!

Ok everybody - FYI - I made these but I didn't have any graham flour. Ya'll must be really nice or I didn't do something right. I made some last night. Needless to say, the birds & squirrels ate them ALL!!
