Ingredients

How to make it

  • rinse and drain meat
  • combine ginger and garlic paste,nuts and blend with water til smooth
  • heat ghee and oil and fry onions and whole spices
  • stir in garlic paste and cook for 5 min
  • add meat,mix well
  • lower heat add salt and cook for 2o min
  • beat youghurt and add gradually
  • when meat is tender and fairly dry add cream,saffron and coriander
  • simmer for 5-10 min
  • serve with basmati rice or butter naan
