How to make it

  • Mix ranch mix with pepper, ½ of the garlic, sour cream and mayo, thin with milk if needed. Refrigerate until needed.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Just before draining add the frozen broccoli
  • to the pot. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl. Add tomato
  • Salt and pepper chicken. Cut in bite size chunks.
  • Heat oil and remaining garlic in skillet. Add chicken and cook till done. Remove and let cool. Add to bowl with pasta.
  • Stir in dressing, chill until needed.

    I have book marked this for summer.
    I like the way you treat the broccoli, this method keeps it nice and bright green and a little crunchy.

    I will use fresh broccoli from the garden.
