Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Stir dry ingredients together
  • Combine oil, milk, egg whites, vanilla and mix into dry ingredients
  • Mix really well and add oatmeal, pecans, and raisins
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls at least 1" apart on a greased cookie sheet
  • Bake at 375 for 10 mins. depending on your oven
