The Tearoom Special Chicken Casserole

People flocked to the tea room for this delicious chicken casserole. Many awaited the special day when this was served. Delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked seasoned chicken, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup toasted almonds, shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt OR to taste shopping list
- 4 tablespoons onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pimiento shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- Crushed potato chips shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips
- Combine thoroughly
- Place in a greased casserole dish
- Top with cheese
- Then top with potato chips
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly
