Ingredients

4 cups cooked seasoned chicken, chopped

2 cups celery, chopped

1 cup toasted almonds,

1 teaspoon salt OR to taste

4 tablespoons onion, chopped

1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise

1/2 cup chopped pimiento

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Crushed potato chips

Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips

Combine thoroughly

Place in a greased casserole dish

Top with cheese

Then top with potato chips

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly
