This is a great way to cook Tilapia!! If you like spicy you will love this! So easy to cook and the results are mouth-watering!! Wonderful with rice and warm bread!! My not-so-crazy-about-fish-friends love this!!

I am sure this would be great on the grill!! Just be careful since fish has a tendency to fall through the spaces....or for me anyway!! Good luck!!

I agree with istram-- much less salt, but it was delicious none-the-less! I'll definitely do this one again. I used a buttery spray substitute instead of butter and it was great. Can't wait to try it out on the grill!

Yes, this type of recipe does smoke some so I have a portable burner that I use outside to cook recipes like this. I was raised on blackened catfish. Tilapia is so much more readily available in Seattle so I will defintely give this a try!
