Breakfast Bacon Cheese Strips Recipe

	Susana / All my dishes 1 year, 8 months ago I found this recipe in one of my magazines and it sounded good so I made it for breakfast this morning. The boys loved them and so did we. Whoever prepares this WILL enjoy it. Guaranteed yummy! Prep:10m Cook:14m Servings:16	Susana

Ingredients

1/3-cup mayo

1 egg, beaten

1/2-tspn Worcestershire sauce

1/8-tspn ground mustard

5-6 drops hot pepper sauce

Dash of pepper

(4-oz) shredded cheddar cheese

8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

8 bread slices, crusts removed and toasted

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well.

Stir in bacon.

Spread over toast.

Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

Cut each slice of toast into three strips.

Place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Makes 2 dozen)

NOTE: I just cut the slices of bread in half and did everything else the same.

It made 16 servings.
