How to make it

  • If you have one of these famous Thermo-mixers,
  • use the setting of 37° to melt chocolate,
  • if not, use a double boiler and carefully melt chocolate.
  • whisk in butter, sugar, eggs,
  • flour ,make a smooth dough.
  • Take soufflé forms
  • brush with butter,
  • coat with sugar.
  • Bake for 6 (six) minutes in a 230 °CENTIGRADE oven.
  • Now, if you have these steel rings, you can place them on a cookie sheet covered with baking paper. Then you can remove the ring, place the little cake on the serving plate – it is more impressive because, when you stick in the spoon or fork, the melted chocolate will run out. Serve it with a good vanilla ice-cream or some fruit – hmmmmm. Little work and ever so good!
