Chocolate Cake With Liquid Center

- 170 gr of a very good bitter chocolate (at least 56% chocolate butter content) shopping list
- 170 gr butter shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 275 gr sugar shopping list
- 90 gr flour shopping list
How to make it
- If you have one of these famous Thermo-mixers,
- use the setting of 37° to melt chocolate,
- if not, use a double boiler and carefully melt chocolate.
- whisk in butter, sugar, eggs,
- flour ,make a smooth dough.
- Take soufflé forms
- brush with butter,
- coat with sugar.
- Bake for 6 (six) minutes in a 230 °CENTIGRADE oven.
- Now, if you have these steel rings, you can place them on a cookie sheet covered with baking paper. Then you can remove the ring, place the little cake on the serving plate – it is more impressive because, when you stick in the spoon or fork, the melted chocolate will run out. Serve it with a good vanilla ice-cream or some fruit – hmmmmm. Little work and ever so good!
