Coconut Cream Macaroons

- 3 Pkg. 7 oz. flaked coconut (7 2/3 C) shopping list
- 1 C. flour shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2/3 C. canned cream of coconut shopping list
- 1 T. vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 t. almond extract shopping list
- 1 Lg. egg shopping list
- 1 Pkg. chocolate chips - 1 T. Veg oil shopping list
How to make it
- Line Cookie sheet with Aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle 1 C. coconut over foil, and bake 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Mix toasted coconut, remaining coconut, flour and salt.
- Beat milk, cream of coconut, vanilla, almond, and egg in Medium bowl. Stir milk mixture in with coconut mixture until well blended.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes, until light brown.
- Heat chocolate chips and 1 T. oil over low heat. Drizzle over cookies.
