Italian Love Cake

This cake is really yummy. The ricotta cheese kind of makes it similar to cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 1 box fudge marble cake mix shopping list
- 2lbs ricotta cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp.vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 box (3 3/4 oz) instant chocolate pudding shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1 carton of whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cake as directed on box.
- Pour into greased and floured 9X13 inch pan.
- In seperate bowl combine ricotta,sugar,eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- Spoon over top of unbaked cake.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
- Cool.
- Mix pudding with milk;fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over cooled cake;refrigerate.
