This cake is really yummy. The ricotta cheese kind of makes it similar to cheesecake.

Ingredients
  • 1 box fudge marble cake mix
  • 2lbs ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp.vanilla extract
  • 1 box (3 3/4 oz) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 carton of whipped topping

Directions
  1. Mix cake as directed on box.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9X13 inch pan.
  3. In seperate bowl combine ricotta,sugar,eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Spoon over top of unbaked cake.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
  6. Cool.
  7. Mix pudding with milk;fold in whipped topping.
  8. Spread over cooled cake;refrigerate.
