How to make it

  • Use organic ingredients if you can.
  • Mix everything together till smooth and glossy.
  • Store covered in the fridge (it will solidify a bit).
  • I double this recipe and keep it in a little glass jar in the fridge.

    It's more chocolaty than nutella, not quite as sweet, and not hazelnuty - otherwise it fills the same niche. I'm sure substituting 1/2 the oil in the recipe with with hazelnut butter would be delicious too... :-)

    This is so great, I recently tried that hazelnut chocolate spread in a jar, never again- way to good, but not good for you. Does this have that kind of taste though?
