Cheesy Ham And Mac Recipe

Ingredients

3 T. butter

¼ C. flour

2 cups milk

½ C. sour cream

½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated

½ C. Velveeta, cubed

½ C. cheddar cheese, grated

¼ tsp fresh ground pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

½ lb macaroni, cooked according to directions, drained

1 ½ C. fully-cooked ham

1 C. frozen petite peas

Directions

In a large saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles. Stir in milk and cook, stirring until thickened.

Stir in sour cream, cheese and seasonings. Add macaroni, ham and peas and cook, stirring until heated through. Serve hot.
