cheesy ham and mac

- 3 T. butter shopping list
- ¼ C. flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- ½ C. sour cream shopping list
- ½ C. parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- ½ C. Velveeta, cubed shopping list
- ½ C. cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- ¼ tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- ¼ tsp garlic powder shopping list
- ¼ tsp onion powder shopping list
- ½ lb macaroni, cooked according to directions, drained shopping list
- 1 ½ C. fully-cooked ham shopping list
- 1 C. frozen petite peas shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles. Stir in milk and cook, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream, cheese and seasonings. Add macaroni, ham and peas and cook, stirring until heated through. Serve hot.

Doubled the recipe. Thought I bought a 16oz box of pasta. It turned out to be a 12oz box, so I have more sauce than pasta. BTW the sauce is an Alfredo sauce.
