How to make it

  • In a large saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles. Stir in milk and cook, stirring until thickened.
  • Stir in sour cream, cheese and seasonings. Add macaroni, ham and peas and cook, stirring until heated through. Serve hot.

    Doubled the recipe. Thought I bought a 16oz box of pasta. It turned out to be a 12oz box, so I have more sauce than pasta. BTW the sauce is an Alfredo sauce.
