Coney Island Chili Dog Sauce

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp celery seed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin (heaping) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef in skillet breaking it into small crumbles adding onions halfway through
- Add minced garlic when meat is almost done
- Add all remaining ingredients, stir well to combine
- Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
- Serve over boiled or steamed hot dogs in buns
- Top with shedded cheddar cheese and chopped onions
