W W Chicken With Rosemary Sauce Recipe
Spring has me going through my W W collection for lighter fare. This is a really yummy chicken dish

Ingredients
  • 4 (6 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp EVOO
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 Cchopped green onions
  • 1/4 C dry white wine
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 C fat free, low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 C half and half

Directions
  1. Place chicken between two sheets of heavy plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 thickeness using a rolling pin or mallet
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
  4. Add chicken to the skillet; cook 3 minutes on each side
  5. Add green onion, wine and rosemary and cook 30 seconds
  6. Stir in broth and cook 2 minutes
  7. Add half and half; cook 2 minutes or until juices run clear
  8. 4 servings - 1 chicken breast half and about 3 Tbl sauce
  9. 245 calories 5 W W points
