How to make it

  • Place chicken between two sheets of heavy plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 thickeness using a rolling pin or mallet
  • Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
  • Add chicken to the skillet; cook 3 minutes on each side
  • Add green onion, wine and rosemary and cook 30 seconds
  • Stir in broth and cook 2 minutes
  • Add half and half; cook 2 minutes or until juices run clear
  • 4 servings - 1 chicken breast half and about 3 Tbl sauce
  • 245 calories 5 W W points

    Thanks Pat, this sounds really good. Do you happen to know the fat grams in this? I have been trying to cut back. Unfortunately this passion I have for cooking catches up with me!
