CHOCOLATE MOUSSE AU GRAND MARNIER

LOVE this chocolate mousse with a touch of grand mariner!! MMMM' good! Enjoy. From my friend Carrie. I like to chill at least an hour.
Ingredients
- 1 (4-ounce) package sweet baking chocolate shopping list
- 4 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate shopping list
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- Garnishes: orange rind strips, whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 3 ingredients in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolates melt.
- Remove from heat, and cool to lukewarm.
- (Mixture will thicken and appear grainy as it cools.)
- Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold about one-fourth of whipped cream mixture into chocolate mixture; fold in remaining whipped cream mixture.
- Spoon into individual dishes; chill until ready to serve.
- Garnish, if desired.
