Jiffy Corn Pudding Recipe
This is an easy side dish. I usually serve it with baked ham

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 15 oz can cream corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 8 oz container sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Melt butter in small casserole dish
  3. mix corn and sour cream and beaten eggs well, add to melted butter and mix again
  4. Sprinkle corn bread mix over corn and stir together
  5. Bake for 45 minutes
