Baked Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 pounds of chicken

1 cup of bread crumbs

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

pepper to taste

3/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 to 2 cloves of garlic finely minced

1 egg beaten

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/3 cup milk

Directions

Mix bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepppr, parmesan cheese and garlic in a bowl.

In another bowl add egg, evaporated milk and milk together.

Dip pieces of chicken in egg/milk mixture and then coat with crumb mixture all over.

Place in a single layer in pan (non greased).

Bake at 350 until tender and coating is crispy. Approximately 1 hour depending on how crowded pan is.

Note: If using only chicken breasts or skinned chicken, lightly coat pan with olive oil.
