Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepppr, parmesan cheese and garlic in a bowl.
  • In another bowl add egg, evaporated milk and milk together.
  • Dip pieces of chicken in egg/milk mixture and then coat with crumb mixture all over.
  • Place in a single layer in pan (non greased).
  • Bake at 350 until tender and coating is crispy. Approximately 1 hour depending on how crowded pan is.
  • Note: If using only chicken breasts or skinned chicken, lightly coat pan with olive oil.

    I made this for a neighborhood moms and daughters dinner party last night. It was a big hit with all of us! I had some of the leftover chicken in a salad today and it was still yummy.

    it is, my husband does not like left over chicken and I do not like left overs at all, and the next day the chicken is still moist
