Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in large skillet to medium high
  • Add peppers and onion and saute until tender
  • Add zucchini and squash and saute until tender, about 8 minutes
  • Add vinegar and boil until liquid is reduced to glaze and coats all vegetables
  • Salt and pepper

    Sounds great. And easy - I like easy! Maybe this will get the kids to eat their vegetables; they both like balsamic vinegar. Love the picture best, though.
