Ingredients

3/4 cup potato water

1/4 cup margarine or butter

1 egg

1/2 cup mashed potatoes

2 T sugar

1 tsp salt

3 cups bread flour

2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions

Boil 1 to 2 peeled potatoes.

Save the water to use in the bread.

Mash the potatoes, without milk or butter, and let cool to lukewarm or room temperature.

Put the ingredients in the bread machine container according to your bread machines instructions.

This recipe produces a 2 pound loaf.
