Potato Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup potato water shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes shopping list
- 2 T sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Boil 1 to 2 peeled potatoes.
- Save the water to use in the bread.
- Mash the potatoes, without milk or butter, and let cool to lukewarm or room temperature.
- Put the ingredients in the bread machine container according to your bread machines instructions.
- This recipe produces a 2 pound loaf.
