Left Over Ham Breakfast Casserole Recipe
This is a good left over ham casserole for large crowd...and yummy too...

Ingredients
  • 8 frozen hash brown patties
  • 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 C. fully cooked ham diced
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. dry mustard
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Directions
  1. Place hash browns in a single layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses and ham. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over hash browns. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown

Would make a good breakfast dish.Thank-you


So many breakfast casseroles have to sit overnight or at least for several hours before baking so this one really intrigues me and since I have some ham on hand I just may try this one tomorrow morning. Thanks for the post
